Website Privacy and Analytics Notice

How this site measures public traffic while keeping legal intake and confidential information outside analytics.

Nieuchowicz Law PLLC uses limited, privacy-focused website measurement to understand which public pages are visited, when visits occur, and which general referral or campaign sources lead people to the site.

Website analytics

The site uses a first-party aggregate counter hosted with the website. It does not set analytics cookies or create persistent visitor profiles. The firm records aggregate page paths, event categories, UTC date and hour, referring hostname, approved campaign parameters, and a fixed acquisition category such as direct, organic search, AI search, professional referral, social, campaign, or other referral. For recognized AI referrals, the collector may aggregate a fixed provider label such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, You, or Phind. The collector does not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, names, email addresses, phone numbers, party names, case numbers, document contents, intake narratives, or form-field values.

To preserve a coarse source category when a visitor moves between pages in the same browser tab, the site may keep only that fixed acquisition category and fixed AI-provider label in browser session storage. It does not assign a visitor ID, join activity across devices or browser sessions, or retain the referring URL or search prompt. Closing the browser session ordinarily clears this temporary label. Campaign values that do not match a narrow technical format are discarded, query strings are removed from the page address sent for analytics, and Do Not Track is honored.

Conversion events

The site may count that a visitor clicked a phone, email, consultation, intake, or external link, or attempted to submit a form. A conversion count may be grouped under the fixed acquisition category and, for recognized AI referrals, the fixed provider label retained for that browser-tab session. The event identifies the category of action and public page—not the communication, form values, telephone number, email address, legal facts, document contents, calculator amounts, assessment answers, internal score, preliminary result, or an individual visitor.

OGC calculator and fit assessment

The Outside General Counsel calculator and fit assessment are processed in the visitor’s browser. Calculator assumptions may be kept temporarily in browser session storage so they can carry into the assessment. The assessment creates a preliminary planning summary locally; contact details, narrative answers, calculator amounts, the internal score, and the preliminary result are not sent to the site’s analytics collector. Closing the browser session ordinarily clears this temporary session storage.

The calculator and assessment provide educational, preliminary information only. They are not legal advice, a fee quote, a conflict check, an eligibility or acceptance decision, or a substitute for an attorney consultation.

Consultation intake

The structured consultation intake is provided through a visitor-activated third-party form. It is not loaded until the visitor chooses to activate it. Information submitted through that form is governed by the intake provider's service and the firm's conflict-review process. Do not submit confidential information unless and until the firm instructs you to do so.

No attorney-client relationship

Visiting the website, viewing a page, or submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflicts are cleared, the firm accepts the engagement, and a written engagement agreement is signed.
