Start with a brief summary for a conflict check. Representation begins only after conflicts are cleared and a written engagement is signed. The firm will tell you how to provide documents after conflicts are cleared.
Will the review tell me whether the plan is guaranteed to work?
No. The review identifies issues and recommendations based on the agreed scope and information provided.
